Pros
depends on the team you work on, but if you have a supervisor that is supportive, invests in your growth and allows you to go to training to learn more skills, then you will be successful here. however a lot of people don't have this and one of my team members (in my department but different supervisor) was told by her supervisor that she can not go to lunch with specific people and that she shouldn't talk to certain others. very petty issues and a micro manager. they do however, have a good employee recognition program, and you can recognize anyone , which helps with morale. they also offer yoga classes on site (but you have to pay)
Cons
-the schedule is not flexible (at least not on my team) -parking is difficult- no parking on the lot--have to park 10 min away and walk over -not all supervisors will be good ones
