Thank you for your feedback. We, too, believe helping the community is a pro. We have been working to try to increase support and professional development of our staff over the last few years, and have implemented a new benefit structure and programs, including an Employee Recognition Program, which has received a positive response from employees. We will continue to take into consideration the feedback of the staff and make every effort to continue to evolve.
