I'm writing this a week after my anniversary at CCRC! Here are some of the cons I've consistently seen at CCRC: - Excellent Benefits - Transparent Leadership - Opportunities for growth, you just have to take initiative and find them! - Upper Management always looking for ways to support, grow, and improve policies and procedures (they want to hear from you!) - Leadership genuinely cares about their employees (flexible, incentives, appreciation gifts, recognition, annual retreat)
