Pros

They offer many professional development trainings to help staff grow, they did not lay off any of their staff due to Covid-19, and (in 2021) waived employee benefit premiums. They truly look out for their staff's wellbeing!

Cons

Depending on the department, the pay can be low. However they like to promote from within.

The overall work is mostly administrative with a lot of client facing interactions. Feels good knowing who it is you are helping out for their child care needs.
