Organizational practices are conducted well in terms of routine tasks and meeting preparations compared to other similar organizations.

Cons

Training is conducted comprehensively to prepare case specialists. However, training does not mirror the realities of what is experienced as a case specialist. Case transfers get messy and productivity lags due to cleanup left unfinished. Newly appointed supervisors are not trained adequately to lead and manage, and may cause extra effort on part of specialist to seek out information from others.

The overall work is mostly administrative with a lot of client facing interactions. Feels good knowing who it is you are helping out for their child care needs.

Cons
