Great schedule, benefits and coworkers.

Cons

Poor management skills and a very noticeable separation on the “mission statement” from headquarters to the actual centers. Supervisors don’t like to answer questions over text or emails… must be in person or phone conversations.

The overall work is mostly administrative with a lot of client facing interactions. Feels good knowing who it is you are helping out for their child care needs.
