Pros

Really flexible, as much time off as you need, opportunity to work in lots of new locations

Cons

Promised me a raise, never gave it to me. You will get spam called unexpectedly on days you marked yourself unavailable. If you don't respond to a job within 3 hours, you lose points, even if you're not available that day. Effectively, you're expected to be available for phone calls anywhere from 6am to 8pm everyday, even if the phone calls are pointless (ie confirming you know an upcoming assignment was cancelled). I was once called 6 times within 1 hour, during my baptism (which I was off for), because they had been trying to make sure I knew my assignment in a week was cancelled as of that morning. You are also paid less than what you'd make in the same position at any of the daycares you work at, making you an underpaid and glorified daycare worker.
