Awful place of employment - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Children's Autism Center (IN) Employee Review

The policies are ridiculous. They try and dictate who you hang out with outside of work. The sick day policies are not for people with children. Don’t try and have an opinion cause you won’t be listened to. Upper management is never present. Don’t expect to have any consistency.
