Children's Behavioral Health Services has been a great place to work! The employees feel like family. The paid time off and benefits are great!

State reimbursements haven't changed for years.

The hourly wage was considerably larger than I could make at a Non-Profit within the same position with similar responsibilities.

Clinicians were limited in what hours were considered billable. The insurance company would not reimburse company unless the Clinician was with the client at school or at home for preparing the Assessment and the Treatment Plan. If the teachers or parents are not cooperative it was very difficult to use all of the allowable hours while at school or in the home, and CBH wanted us to bill as much as possible.
