Pros
The employees generally have a very good attitude and seem to want to be there. Management keep employees up to date on continuing education.
Cons
All of the Child Care Partners on the Med Surg floors have to float to other units frequently without a pay incentive. If you are hired as a float pool CCP you get paid more, but you do not get paid more if you float as a CCP from a Med Surg unit.
