Pros

My favorite part of Children's is my coworkers. We have an awesome team, and when we disagree on something, we can always talk about it and work it out. My direct supervisors are some of the most supportive individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Pay is maybe not as competitive as adult nursing, and there will always be difficult patients/parents. The hours at urgent care are not ideal for people who want a social life either.
