We appreciate this very thoughtful feedback and thank you for working with us for over two years! It makes us glad to read that you have had a positive experience and found our pay fair, food tasty and teams fun. We pride ourselves on these things. Additionally, we want to share that we are revamping our training programs so that no one every feels that they are "going it alone" or having to train themselves. We are also investing more into our management development so that our managers have the tools they need to provide the direction and organization our team members look for and rely on.
