Pros
They’re respectful of your time off and personal life, they provide thorough training, are accommodating when you ask for help, and have many systems in place to ensure you have what you need to thrive in this environment. Most people are very kind, respectful, and easy to work with. Most of the managers are kind and hardworking. Easy to accrue and use PTO.
Cons
Managers speak poorly about subordinates to other subordinates who they don’t like instead of talking directly to the subordinate they have issues with. They won’t talk to you or fire you if they have a problem- they will cut your hours until you quit. BE AWARE that the base pay for expert chopper and manager has recently been reduced, so that if you come onto the team at these rates or are now on your way to be promoted to higher positions, you will be being paid less than your coworkers who were hired or promoted before the base rate change went into effect.
