Pros

Base pay is decent for the position.

Cons

Base pay was quite simple, though it was paid hourly with an expected 15 hours of overtime each week. If you missed time for vacation it was paid at non overtime rates. Bonus structure was convoluted and difficult to understand, the bonus was not as frequent as implied at hiring but paid for each week.

Pros

* Gained strong experience managing a high-volume workload across multiple locations, which significantly improved my time management and operational skills. * Overall, I had many positive years with the company and built valuable professional relationships.

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes led to shifting standards, with teams and managers operating under different expectations and little overall consistency. * The company’s messaging around culture did not always reflect the day-to-day experience. * Employees who approached situations differently from the majority were not always supported, which limited inclusion and innovation.
