Pros

Served lunch sometimes, close to home.

Cons

Long hours, low pay, toxic management with horrible attitudes, super long DVI's, only having 1 bay, have to do waiter oil changes. Pushing Cars in and out all day, having to work weekends to clean the shop or do charity work. Not a good place to work as a serious automotive technician.

Pros

* Gained strong experience managing a high-volume workload across multiple locations, which significantly improved my time management and operational skills. * Overall, I had many positive years with the company and built valuable professional relationships.

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes led to shifting standards, with teams and managers operating under different expectations and little overall consistency. * The company’s messaging around culture did not always reflect the day-to-day experience. * Employees who approached situations differently from the majority were not always supported, which limited inclusion and innovation.
