Current Outpatient Therapist in Tampa, I am sorry to hear of your negative experience with Chrysalis Health thus far. I strongly encourage you to please reach out so that we may assist. If a therapist does not have sufficient clients, we will extend the training pay stipend while building caseload. As of today, our new electronic medical records system is in place and includes collaborative documentation meaning progress notes are completed during session with your client...no notes to complete afterwards which is great news and we are very excited about. New hires receive ongoing support from supervisor, assigned Lead Therapist for a minimum of 3 months, and continued training during the initial 90 day orientation period.
