Thank you for your feedback Former Employee. I am sorry to read that you did not have a positive experience joining our team. Chrysalis Health prides itself on providing support through supervision and is a requirement for a supervisor to provide and a therapist to receive. I wish you would have reached out to me to report as this is not conducive to the culture and excellence Chrysalis Health strives to achieve. Chrysalis Health does provide all office supplies for employees so I am not sure what you mean by your statement that you buy your own office supplies. I agree that our IT support could be better as that department has not increased to the capacity required to keep up with the demand of our operational growth. This has been identified as a weakness and has been addressed as a priority to improve. We have Think Tank and Therapist support Groups were we regularly receive feedback from clinicians and listen to concerns and suggestions to improve.
