Pros
I started with Chrysalis Health in 2011 as an intern while finishing my Masters' degree in Health Administration. I returned in 2012 after I graduated as an HR Assistant, figuring it was a stepping stone while searching for a job but Chrysalis Health had something else in mind. They really took the time and effort to help me grow as both a Human Resources professional as well as a person, moving me first to an HR Generalist role, to my current position as an HR Manager while grooming me to advance in management to eventually the Director of Human Resources role. Chrysalis Health cares about their employees' work-life balance and is flexible with you to complete your hours while juggling things going on at home as well. They also encourage you to attend conferences of topics you are interested in, obtain certifications/licensures related to your field, as well as provide study group support and flexibility to ensure you have time to review materials. This company has provided constant communication, appreciation, teambuilding/teamwork, and mentoring which makes it such a great company to be a part of. Chrysalis Health's Executive Management team as well as the Human Resources team has changed my initial thought of this company being a stepping stone to hopefully my lifelong career.
Cons
I do not have any cons to list regarding my employment at Chrysalis Health.
