Pros

They'll bring in employees with less experience and there is potential to grow, but only if you're building relationships with the "right people" and those are all in South Florida.

Cons

It's inconsistent. Management in South Florida are supportive of changes and growth. Management in Orlando and Tampa have been very vocal about how comfortable they are and have zero initiative to better themselves or the company. Since they have no interest in improving the company, they're quick to discourage employees that do. Salary for every position is grossly under market, but they offer "flexible schedules". Therapists can get reprimanded when they create their schedules a certain way and admin are expected to be in office during business hours (unless you're management, then you can "work from home" and take your kids to the beach) Benefits are expensive, PTO is extremely low, and there are no paid holidays.

Pros

Not many anymore, basically soul sucking

Cons

I apply to jobs everyday and I encourage my team to do the same. Chrysalis Health has totally changed. The HR Department is completely toxic. The manner in which goals are placed on our team is toxic. The politics and favoritism is toxic.
