Pros

From my experience, some of the best experiences I've had started with the interview process. I felt comfortable, I was able to be myself, the staff was naturally cordial. After being hired, I met the rest of the wonderful people that work for the agency. Building great rapports with other employees in the other departments is fun and exciting. Everyone seems so happy. I didn't see one face that had a frown. I am so happy to be here and to be a part of this company.

I haven't seen anything that has been unsatisfactory.

Not many anymore, basically soul sucking

I apply to jobs everyday and I encourage my team to do the same. Chrysalis Health has totally changed. The HR Department is completely toxic. The manner in which goals are placed on our team is toxic. The politics and favoritism is toxic.
