Thank you for your review current employee. We greatly appreciate the feedback and I'm pleased you've taken advantage of the flexible schedule that is offered. We focus a great deal of attention to our training and development curriculums and love to support our clinicians to develop as an expert in a particular area of interest. A travel stipend is included within your FFS rate, however, we are currently looking at ways to improve in this area and offer more. You're right...health insurance cost is incredibly high and is another area that we are addressing to lessen cost to employees on a FFS compensation plan. Please attend our Think Tank and provide more suggestions based on your experience as an employee.
