Pros

During my first month at Chrysalis, I have been supported exponentially more than other places I have worked. The training provided during orientation for the Orlando campus is thorough and well-taught. I definitely felt prepared to begin working with clients and adhere to the company's policies. They supported me in being compliant with my documentation, ensuring that I have an understanding of the fundamentals of therapeutic effectiveness and interventions, and providing the best care for my clients, even with personal crises simultaneously occurring.

Cons

You will need to have strong organization and time management skills to be able to schedule clients and allow time to drive between each one.

I'm smiling from ear to ear and greatly appreciate your thoughtful review. We pride ourselves on providing extremely supportive on boarding and orientation experiences to ensure new hires have a solid platform to feel successful and supported as they grow into their new role. Super happy you're happy with your experience and do not hesitate to reach out to HR should you need anything at all. - CHRO

Pros

Not many anymore, basically soul sucking

Cons

I apply to jobs everyday and I encourage my team to do the same. Chrysalis Health has totally changed. The HR Department is completely toxic. The manner in which goals are placed on our team is toxic. The politics and favoritism is toxic.
