Pros

Flexible hours, make your own schedule, can take time off when needed as long as you see your clients four times per month, can request as many clients as you want but have to have a minimum of 25 to be full-time, offer free clinical supervision towards licensure, lots of training opportunities

Cons

Unpaid trainings, not reimbursed for gas or tolls, get dropped to part-time if not able to maintain 100 hours monthly (25 clients per week), no company unity, work independently and don't really get to know colleagues, need to be self-disciplined enough to complete notes daily, have to commute to main offices at least once a month for supervision and staffings, yearly $0.25-$1 raise up to $31 for mental health therapist, not salary position, very costly insurance, bonus structures are nearly impossible to reach

Chrysalis Health Response

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review former Outpatient Therapist. I'm glad you enjoyed the flexible hours, free clinical supervision towards licensure and amazing training opportunities. You're right, unfortunately pay in this field is not the highest and to respond to this need we have recently implemented additional pay for monthly staffings, bonus structures to our Therapist and Targeted Case Management positions that are easier to attain and additional choices to lower the cost of benefit offerings. Thank you for your contributions to Chrysalis Health, our clients and community! CHRO

Pros

Not many anymore, basically soul sucking

Cons

I apply to jobs everyday and I encourage my team to do the same. Chrysalis Health has totally changed. The HR Department is completely toxic. The manner in which goals are placed on our team is toxic. The politics and favoritism is toxic.
