Lots of trainings and education. Very supportive staff and leadership. You can make your own schedule.

Cons

Fee for service job, so you only get paid of you see clients. Unpredictable paychecks. Work odd hours and weekends. Health benefits are outrageously expensive.

Not many anymore, basically soul sucking

I apply to jobs everyday and I encourage my team to do the same. Chrysalis Health has totally changed. The HR Department is completely toxic. The manner in which goals are placed on our team is toxic. The politics and favoritism is toxic.
