We think it's cool too that most of upper management has a mental health background and we've done the work and understand the rewards and hardships that come along with this work. We all struggle with something and punishment is not something that is encouraged for these reasons, we will however, try to provide coaching and support to help you be successful. Please be sure to attend the therapist support groups and the new Social Butterflies self-care group for additional support and camaraderie. Our Think Tank is a great place to share more suggestions based on your experience and we want to hear from you to continue making Chrysalis Health the best it can be for our team members, clients and communities.
