Yes, most of our clinical positions are Fee For Service, which is reimbursed for each session provided, much like being in private practice, but you are most certainly an employee and receive a W-2 for taxes. We provide many trainings and support groups to work on building rapport and increasing engagement with clients and families which has proven very helpful for team members struggling with clients keeping appointments. We have also implemented Telehealth Services, which helps tremendously and everyone using seems to enjoy the convenience. Be well and thank you again for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated!
