If you are still with us, you know we've made great improvements to Therapist and Case Management compensation structures which now pay for most training, staffings and additional documentation, as well as added bonuses! You're right...benefits are expensive and we implements a 50% employer match this last open enrollment 3/1/20 for all Fee For Service team members.
