Overworked - Outpatient Therapist Chrysalis Health Employee Review

My experience working for this company was bitter sweet; more bitter than sweet. My perception of upper management was that they wanted to appear to be caring, compassionate people, but sadly this was not the case with most upper management/management staff. Everyone spoke behind each other’s backs, gossips; office politics were the worse (North Miami Beach office). Unfortunately, working and completing job requirements was not the main focus in this office. Most staff is overworked/burned out due to the unrealistic expectations/hourly requirements required for therapists/Directors. I wish Chrysalis Health the best.
