Chrysalis Health strives to focus on personal and professional goals with completing vision plans, which are reviewed with your supervisor. Additionally, if you have not experienced an annual performance evaluation period, we also focus on personal and professional goals during this time to help support what each employee is working towards whether with Chrysalis Health or not. I encourage you to contact me and provide insight into what you mean by not having consistent training, manuals and supervision as this should not be the case.
