We get paid for continued education and certifications. Supportive team. Favorable Bonus Structure for therapists, Work hours are flexible.

Cons

Client's canceling and not getting paid for any time you put into that specific client. Low bonus structure for Assessors, but fair pay grade. Excessive paperwork.

Not many anymore, basically soul sucking

I apply to jobs everyday and I encourage my team to do the same. Chrysalis Health has totally changed. The HR Department is completely toxic. The manner in which goals are placed on our team is toxic. The politics and favoritism is toxic.
