Pros

Schedule flexibility. I have two small children and being able to control when I start and end my day has been a blessing for me and my family.

Cons

Even when my caseload was under what they consider to be full time, I was working at least 40 hours a week between incidental notes, calling and emailing clients, sending reminder messages, meetings and trainings that aren't paid. They are trying to initiate some form of compensation for clients who no-show or cancel, but as of yet, there are no repercussions if a client doesn't show and then we don't get paid.

Pros

Not many anymore, basically soul sucking

Cons

I apply to jobs everyday and I encourage my team to do the same. Chrysalis Health has totally changed. The HR Department is completely toxic. The manner in which goals are placed on our team is toxic. The politics and favoritism is toxic.
