As a previous Therapist myself, I do understand this concern, but there are ways to organize your schedule and make more than management! We are continuously striving to create new and innovative ways to add to your total compensation. And you are correct, we are currently in the process of rezoning many areas throughout the state which will definitely improve the referral process, thank you for bringing that up. If you can think of anything else we can do differently or more of, don't forget to chime in at our quarterly Think Tank sessions for employees :)
