Pay for service - Targeted Case Manager Chrysalis Health Employee Review

You have to bill for a service, if a person doesn’t show up you don’t get paid. Details are important but you can’t see prior cases or if they are working with another department it is very hard to reach the other department for input (therapist and psych). They wanted to move to in person but you wouldn’t get paid to drive; unless you were talking on the phone… 15 mins is 15 mins but both ways is 30. I worked more than at 40hour job but got paid for 35. Also the PTO is terrible!
