Leadership was phony but believe they're sincere. They sell their "associates" that they're doing the Lord's work and pay people like it's a church - far less than they're worth. They act like it's a ministry / non-profit since they work with churches, but it's totally for profit and they make a LOT of profit. They use up / spit out their employees and kick them out instantly from "the family" if they don't align 100% with all their ideas. They also speak frequently about how if they have a problem with an employee, they'll discuss it, counsel them, give them opportunities to improve, following a biblical model. But if it helps their bottom line financials to boot an employee, out they go, with no warning, and they then slander the former employee to the folks still working there, inventing lies to cover their actions. It's more like a cult than a workplace. Very sad because they had real potential to do good, but leadership is blinded by their own egos. Humility does not exist in these men. Turnover has been huge - they have very few longtime employees due to their toxic leadership environment. Stay far away from this company.
