There is something serious going on with this company! How does a company that expects 98% utilization and lays people off if they don't get it, loose profits year-on-year? Answer: Very top-heavy infrastructure & lots of investment in non-core ventures: re-branding, Ciber MomentumTM, Ciber Transformation ServicesTM. And this management pays themselves exorbitant salaries. Of course the folks who are bringing in the revenue are not rewarded. They can't afford bonuses this year! And this week they don't have the money to meet payroll! Poor CEO & VP's who waste the money are paid well! Don't join this firm unless you're desperate!
