Pros
Excellent group of people to work with, very collaborative and supportive of each other. Provides client and employees opportunity to be involved with the latest technologies staying abreast of emerging trends. Very good benefit plan (medical/401K match, etc.)
Cons
PTO & holiday time is lumped together for an accumulative total of hours - equals 7 paid national holidays and two weeks vacation, but no sick or personal days.
