Pros
A dynamic company trying to create a unique identity. Corporate HQ in Denver, a great city without the high cost of the NYC pressure cooker. Base pay is at the upper end of the industry - comparable with the Big 5.
Cons
Offerings are similar to IBM but without the backing of a mature large enterprise. No firm strategic direction. A tendency to hang on to legacy offerings to build an impressive list of technology and services regardless of their value or company's ability to execute. Upper management churn.
