Pros
The employees were top-notch people to work with, their skills excellent, and willing to put the time into getting a quality job done on time. The management team was very supportive of their projects, involved with their employees, and available to address issues as they arose.
Cons
The company needed to be more aggressive developing new business opportunities in the event current projects get delayed from natural disasters. There is also the tendency to move key people from one project to another project when critical items need to be addressed by these people
