1. No interference with your work at client location 2. Lot of training online opportunities.
Cons
1. No Salary hike since 5 years, after 5 years it was only 0.45 cents per hour. 2. Career growth is null. You are stuck in the deep water. 3. Hilarious EPRs. Manager does not know what you are doing, he has some ratings in his mind. He says you are doing great in your job , but you cannot take more than this rating. This is common voice across all the assesses.
