Leaders would be mad about missing numbers, but ignore you when you asked for assistance. Not enough work so they would toss the new people the positions no one else wanted to work on. Other recruiters could claim candidates and as long as they updated their information every month, could prevent other recruiters from using them. This created a situation where new employees had very few qualified candidates to call making it even more difficult to find talent for the already hard positions they were assigned to. Long story short, the boss was overworked and wearing too many hats, so I got nothing from her other than her reaching out to tell me when something was wrong. We were promised an up and coming office and plenty of work when in reality there was enough work for one recruiter, and we had four. Because of this, the other 3 would be put on random positions around the country that those offices' recruiters didn't want to work on.
