Pros
Growing staffing company that has some corporate project teams and that produces some products the provide unique value to the IT world. They're committed to improving from the disjointed company they were in the past to a company that's top tier for both employees and customers. Better than average new hire orientation. They try to make even the contractors they staff at client companies feel part of their organization.
Cons
They have a ways to go. You can still be lost in the big company. If the contract ends and there's no other obvious placement, there's also no bench to put you on.
