Executive Position - Anonymous employee Ciber Employee Review

The entire executive leadership has issues. Company doesn't want an honest assessment of how information is passed or received. A comment once made "we only want to tell the CEO GOOD news" is crazy and not what a progressive company should be focused on. The old adage of "you don't know what to fix if you don't know what is broken" should be branded on the doors of each executive. Employees are overworked and mis-guided as to what is important at any one point during the day. Lots of stressors for employees and with constant restructuring a majority of the employees don't know if they will have a job by the end of the month.
