Because you can tell who wrote them! Most of management is flexible and will work with you if you aren't trying to be difficult. Profit sharing bonuses are very good- they easily add $5+ on the hour to your pay if you're a good employee. If you're not? Be better. We don't have to work overtime but it's usually available if we want it. Most normal benefits but idk if they're pros. They're just run of the mill, nothing special.

No a/c or heat in the shop. Training is hit or miss- you can't be afraid to ask questions.
