Poor communication between managers Passing of blame between departments - no accountability Drama and personal feelings are the basis of how upper management treats lower management and employees No reward for excellent/hard work Favoritism is rampant Employees not cared about by upper management Upper management only cares about his bottom line

The Engineers and Co-ops and manufacturing team were a pleasure to work with - they really embodied a full- company spirit.
