Profit share is an exercise in emotional abuse. Upper management doesn’t know which hand is doing what while staying completely uninvolved and uninformed. Nepotism a huge issue. Run. Fast.

Pay and benefits are competitive. They contribute to your 401k even if you don't. Some opportunities for advancement. Very generous bonuses if you put in the work and right attitude. I enjoyed the job, but had to move due to family emergency.

Cons

No air conditioning. Can be very cold in winter. Work can be dirty and heavy. Not a real friendly place.
