Pros
Profit sharing I can not think of any additional positives
Cons
No dental Not a great benefits package - basic at best Upper management has a "our way or the highway" perspective Micromanagement Poor working conditions OSHA violations You are not allowed to stand up for yourself Everyone kneels to upper management No opportunity to grow Company cuts corners Huge disconnect between hourly and salary employees They only do things out of necessity Overtime work is not appreciated Power constantly goes out Profit sharing is up to sole discretion of upper management - ie, if they don't like you, then you get less of a bonus even if you did the same amount of work as someone else Changes to work priorities every single week so you can't get anywhere, including project work No incorporation of lean culture Poor company culture Management will throw you under the bus to customers No bereavement Poor PTO Upper management will just sit in their office playing games or watching the cameras of everyone else working "Open door policy" is something to be laughed at - no one feels comfortable enough to talk to management about anything and there is no other channel to report issues No work-life balance Outdated machines and equipment
