Profit Sharing, endless overtime opportunities, great upper management, opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Benefits are not marketplace competitive, overwhelming work load at times. Recruiting/training need to take priority for long lasting success.

Pay and benefits are competitive. They contribute to your 401k even if you don't. Some opportunities for advancement. Very generous bonuses if you put in the work and right attitude. I enjoyed the job, but had to move due to family emergency.

Cons

No air conditioning. Can be very cold in winter. Work can be dirty and heavy. Not a real friendly place.
