Pros

CTS does a great job with giving their co-ops a variety of work to do so that they have as much experience as possible for their professional career. CTS gets business in multiple different industries and co-ops get knowledge in many different departments.

Cons

The only downside isn't really an affect of CTS, but more the industry. Thermal spray is very niche and not covered in a majority of classwork, so starting out in the industry is tough.

Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive. They contribute to your 401k even if you don't. Some opportunities for advancement. Very generous bonuses if you put in the work and right attitude. I enjoyed the job, but had to move due to family emergency.

Cons

No air conditioning. Can be very cold in winter. Work can be dirty and heavy. Not a real friendly place.
