- Micromanaged to death. To the point that I would get talked to for having my Teams on "Focused" for a few hours. This is ridiculous and I shouldn't have someone down my throat for having a certain setting on.
- You will constantly get talked about for the hours you work. The CFO is a workaholic and expects you to be the same. I was constantly compared to other employees within the company for the hours I worked and what they worked. And I was putting in 10 hour minimum days and working weekends.
- Manager was basically absent for most of my tenure at Circa. He was constantly side tracked with other tasks. To the point that in multiple meetings he wasn't even paying attention to what was being talked about or have any input.
- The expectations of your role here is just far too unrealistic. It may say "Other duties as assigned" but when you are doing everything under the sun and still getting hounded it becomes very disheartening.
- There was basically zero to little direction for my actual role and it became frustrating to be told to just go find additional projects on top of the unrealistic work load. Next to zero training to go along with things as well.
- There is clear favoritism here when it comes to year end bonuses (Unless you're in sales where there are clear metrics). You are not held to any metrics and it's basically whoever the executive team likes will get one.
