Pros

Unlimited FTO. And you'll need it because the culture is horrible. Wonderful individuals still, in spite of the corporate culture.

Cons

CTO is running the company, not the CEO. The CTO is a narcissist and a bully. No diversity. The only black person at the executive level is the Chief Diversity Officer, and no promotions for any of my black colleagues. The only women reporting to the CTO were inherited from the Product organization when they moved it under the CTO. Opportunities for women in technology are limited here, the CTO has his boys club. Poor Corporate Culture of coldness leading to an environment of fear. Huge difference for people who came into the merger from NPD, which had a caring executive team that took pay cuts during the pandemic to save their employees' jobs. Lack of stability. Hundreds of people have been fired since the merger, all to meet "targets". Don't believe the CEO when he says we're people not numbers, because you're a number to everyone below him. Thousands of years worth of business knowledge out the door.

Completely remote work. That's about the only pro.

Cons

Let's start with the IT department. A ticket goes in and it's easily ignored for 24 hours. And when you do get a response from IT it will take days, weeks for a computer issue to get resolved. All while your boss and clients are breathing down your neck to meet a deadline but you can't because IT won't fix your computer problems. How the IT department at Circana hasn't completely gotten fired and replaced is beyond me. We hear constantly from senior leadership - speed! Efficiency! - yet can't do that when computers don't work. The work itself: Mind numbingly boring. Circana tries desperately to be consultative and provide insights but they are so far from doing so. Impossible to make any kind of meaningful changes at the company b/c the culture is so slow and plodding. Constant org changes by a bunch of higher-ups who don't know what they are doing. Justify the changes with slogans and phrases but has zero understanding of how these org changes actually will work. Oh -- good luck Circana keeping employees when you don't provide even the basic cost of living increases.
